CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: 1. Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. 2. Deposit Forfeiture: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. 3. Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled once without losing the deposit, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. 4. No-Shows: Failure to show up for the appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of the deposit and may require a new deposit for future bookings. 5. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited. 6. Emergency Cancellations: In the case of genuine emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations.
